Shipping policy

We ship within the United States only. Due to international customs and regulatory requirements, we are not able to ship outside of the US at this time.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.


Delivery Timeframes

Standard shipping arrives in 5–7 business days from the date your order ships. Carrier delays, weather, and peak seasons can occasionally slow things down, and that's outside our hands.


Shipping Rates

  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $70.
  • Orders under $70 are charged a standard shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the email.


Shipping Issues

If your package arrives damaged, is marked as delivered but missing, or hasn't moved in an unusual amount of time, please contact us at hello@drinkmezza.com within 30 days of delivery and we'll help sort it out.


A Few Things to Note

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes at this time.
  • We cannot modify a shipping address once an order has been shipped. Please double-check your address at checkout.
